Cheesy Valentine Appetizer

Best cheesy Valentine ever!

“It’s always cheddar to give than to receive” especially if it’s a heart-shaped Cheesy Valentine Appetizer.

Let’s face it. Nothing says love quite like Southern Pimento Cheese all fancied up for Valentine’s. And to quote country heartthrob Luke Combs…

Let's get some candles burnin'

And some records turnin' All the lights down low

And the pimento cheese in tow.

Or that’s the way the song should go anyhow. Because sexy and Swiss and cheddar go together. (We also think toasted pecans and Dijon gives this pimento cheese a boujie touch.) It makes this dish almost as special as your sweetie.

So ready for your Valentine’s checklist?

1. Turn off the TV

2. Grab some chilled bubbly. There’s even non-alcoholic versions.

3. Fin that poetry book

4. Put on your favorite romantic playlist

5. Light a fire.

6. Light some candles

7. Enjoy the best Cheesy Valentine Appetizer ever.

And even better…you can make this cheese heart several days ahead and add the red topping at the last minute and surround with crackers. So easy!
