Easy Affogato

Chocolate, coffee and ice cream in an Italian no-cook dessert!

One bite of our Easy Affogato, and you'll be transported to an Italian cafe or gelato shop! What's better than chocolate, strong coffee and ice cream all combined?

Easy Affogato lives up to its name. You can do this dessert from start to finish in 10 minutes. Some premium quality caramel or vanilla ice cream, strong coffee or espresso, bright green pistachios and shaved bitter chocolate make a no-fuss, no-cook dessert that's oh so elegant.

You'll be transported to an Italian gelato shop!

When I serve this, I like to set this up like a little dessert bar. It's fun for guests to make their own just the way they like it. Extra pistachios -- no problem!

You may want to offer two or three kinds of ice cream -- coffee, vanilla or caramel. Then set out the toppings and pretty bowls or dessert coupes.

Then enjoy! Italy just got a little closer!
